Honestly at this point I choose Snell over everything else because I like Dean and what he’s done for industry so much. The balls just flat perform, and I tee it up with pride, there’s something bada$$ about playing a Snell, you know? MTBx works best for me but honestly they’re both great, top tier balls, can’t really go wrong.

I just picked up a dozen of the new MTXB I absolutely love the feel of the golf ball off the driver and putting I am sold on this ball it goes real far I just wish I would’ve bought them sooner

Love the Snell ball. Been playing it for the last 2 seasons. Started with a mix of Red and Black and this year have tried the MTB-X as well. Great ball and even better price. Can’t justify the ProV1 cost for the quality of my game and also don;t need to spend that extra money for the name Titleist when there are other just as good balls out there like the Snell line. Thanks Dean!

Got a test pack at a member/guest at Valley brook golf club in Hixson, TN. I notice no difference between the Snell and pro V1X I play; except the cost that is. Great ball, nice price; sounds like a winner.

I have an 88 MPH Swing Speed.
Which Snell ball would be best for me. MTB X, or MTB Black???

I have been playing the MTB black since it’s been out…like it better over all than any ball I’ve ever played..my index is 4. If I could buy any ball at the same price, I would still prefer the black. I’m looking forward to giving the x a go!! Thanks Dean for a great product!

Just over a year a friend recommended the Snell Golf Balls to me. Being at the time a ProV1 acolyte, I was somewhat skeptical. My friend, however, is a player and he was very pleased with Snell’s performance. Well, he was right! I’ve been using MTB-Black for nearly a year now and couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve been recommending Snell to anyone I play with. And on the course I’ll hand a playing partner a ball and say, “here try one.” Fwiw, saving about $20 a dozen (ProV1) is a pretty cool side benefit. That said I am anxious to give the new MTB-X a test flight. Thanks Dean.

Playing one day with a Pro V1 looking for a lost ball found a Snell MTB Black new ball i tried it off the next Tee had my first birdie of the day. Played with the next 14 holes had 3 more Birdies. Still have the ball. The next day at work i had to order a box been playing with them every since. i give the ball 5 stars.

Great, unbiased comparison. For average golfer, the Snell balls make a lot of sense, save money without any performance or feel sacrifice.

I jumped on the Snell bandwagon in 2015 when they first came out and immediately loved playing these balls. I did my research and confirmed the performance on the course . . bought a hat and became a self-appointed Snell avangelist in the Philadelphia area. Sure enough, the guys who did not do their research razzed me about the name but I gave each of them a 3-pack to play and most really liked them. I am anxious to try out the new MTB-X balls. Hey Dean, not sure if this can be done, but can you offer “choose your ball #” like Taylormade does? Great job since 2015!

I recently found a Snell golf ball on a local course and decided to try it. I was really surprised at my distance and control with the Snell. I would love to try the new MTB-X. If it is a good or better than the Red, I will be buying Snell from now on. Would it be possible to test a sleeve of the MTB-X? Thank You

I have recently received the sample box of 6 red, and 6 black Snell golf balls.
